Vipul is a very good mentor. He has all the patience to hear the doubts and makes sure that the doubts are clarified. He makes us think about the problem which in itself gets us to the answers for the problems.

The teaching style was a proper mix of lectures and practice sessions. The Asanas that were done were very well explained regarding the proper way to perform them, their benefits and who should avoid those asanas if it is recommended. Most of the text found on Yoga just gives us the posture of the asanas. But it was very well explained that instead of just concentrating on the last posture it is very important the way we reach that posture and return back. Emphasis was given on how the actual breathing pattern should be and which muscles would be trained in the asana.
This explanation helps a lot in actually understanding the asana and doing it in the right way.
I started practicing yoga everyday after my training. It helps me to be relaxed entire day from the stressed daily routine. It changed my attitude towards everyday problems and life.
